Welfare Fitness now controls the disease through a variety of exercises such as 1. Tabata 2. Zumba. 3. Circuit Exercise 4. Cardio or heart muscle training 5. Aerobic exercise 6. Bootcamp or Mental Refresher Course 7. Yoga 8. Muscular or Strength Training They are now very helpful in a variety of diseases and are planning to start free classes in society to educate people on how to reduce their risk of disease.”
